대학여자운동선수들에 대한 운동문화에 관한 문화기술 연구는 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 대학여자운동선수들은 운동문화는 공부와 운동, 공부와 생활 등으로 구분할 수 있었다. 운동과 공부는 대회참여와 훈련 때문에 분리되어 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 운동과 생활에서도 대회참여와 훈련 그리고 합숙소생활 등의 장애 때문에 대학생활은 정상적이지 못했다. 이에 구체적인 대안으로 운동과 공부의 병행과 운동과 생활의 조화를 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 운동과 공부를 병행하기 위해서는 학교의 학생선수에 관한 학사관리와 대회참가를 줄이고 공부할 수 있는 여건을 형성하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위하여 운동선수는 공부하는 운동선수와 생각하는 운동선수를 지향해야 할 것이다.
Abstract
In this study, I have an intent to inquiry the problems about women athletes in Korea Universities. First of all, we seek to athlete culture of women athletes. The culture of women athletes have many problems dominated athletes life culture such as athlete, studies, life style and so on. In order to attain the purpose of this study, We seek to ethnogrphic approach athletes life culture of women athletes. As result, We know that an alternative athletes life culture based on balance between athlete and studies, harmony athlete and life style. In conclusion, This study suggested that We should seek to studying athletes, thinking athletes. In order for counter athletes culture, We should try to realize counter athletes life culture based upon studies, life and athlete without military culture dominated athletes life culture.
