본 연구는 현재 전문대학 교양교육과정 운영에 대한 개선 과제를 도출하기 위하여 다음의 소개 사항을 살펴보고자 한다. 첫째, 현재 전문대학이 지향하는 이원화된 교양교육의 방향성을 초래한 최근의 정책적 흐름을 ‘핵심역량’과 ‘국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 둘째, 현재적 여건 속에서 정부의 정책적 지향과 교양교육의 본래적 지향을 어떤 방식으로건 융합하려는 개별 대학의 교양교육 개선 사례를 살펴보고자 한다. 마지막으로 앞선 논의를 통해 향후 전문대학 교양교육과정 운영의 개선과제에 대한 몇 가지 의미 있는 시사를 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study aims to examine the following introductions to derive improvement tasks for the operation of the current vocational college liberal arts curriculum. First, I would like to examine the recent policy trends that have led to the direction of a dualized liberal arts education currently aimed at junior colleges, focusing on "core competencies" and National Competency Standards (NCS). Second, I would like to examine cases of improving liberal arts education at individual universities that attempt to converge the government's policy orientation and the original orientation of liberal arts education in any way under the current conditions. Finally, through the preceding discussion, I would like to present some meaningful implications for the task of improving the operation of the liberal arts curriculum of junior colleges in the future.
