창조산업으로서 통합문학치료를 위한 인력양성방안

본 논문에서는 2000년도 초반, 정신의학, 상담학, 심리학, 정신분석학, 사회복지, 그리고 외국문학 영역의 연구자들을 중심으로 우리나라에 수용된 통합문학치료학의발전과정을 살펴보고 그것이 어떻게 문학치료사 양성이라는 창조산업으로서의 인력양성과정으로 확산되어 왔는지를 필자의 실제 연구 및 임상 경험을 토대로 살펴보고자 한다. 문학치료 대학원은 지역 인재들에게 치유로서의 문학이라는 차원을 넘어 교과과정을 제공하는 것은 물론 교과과정 및 임상수련이후에는 치료사로써 문학치료 프로그램을 수행할 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다. 지금 현재 전국 각 지역에는 약 40여명의 전문문학치료사들이 문학심리상담 센터를 개소하여 운영하거나 교육기관 및 지역정신보건기관들과 협력하는 등의 활동을 하고 있다. 21세기의 현대인은 하나의 학문으로는 더 이상 설명이 불가하다. 따라서 통합문학치료학에서는 이러한 복합적인 현대인의 정의를 정신병리적인 측면이 아닌, ‘창의적인 인간학과 정신건강학의 관점으로 내리고자 한다. 또한 문학치료에서는 치료사를 포함한 개개 참여자들을 ‘다층적인 역할과 기능을 할 수 있는 사람'으로 간주한다. 그런 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 창조산업으로서의 인력양성의 가치가 문학치료의 과정에서는 참여자들이 만들어내는 창의적인 문학 텍스트, 즉 ‘형상화된 언어’에 있다고 보고 그것이 곧 ’有에서 유‘를 창조해가는 새로운 인력양성 방안이자 전환적 대안으로 보고자 한다.
Abstract
This study invested the current trend for the training of integrative poetry & bibliotheraphy in Korea. To enable this, the body introduces the main theory, skills and principles of the integrated poetry therapy. The results of this study were : First, the poetry therapy researchers must focus not only on theoretical study and manpower training, but also practice and application of poetry therapy. To enable this, it is emphasized that cooperation between the poetry therapy researcher and the therapist must be premised. Second, mutual exchange between the local society and the person in charge of mental health field, more clinical volunteering must be made. Moreover, effort must be put in for poetry therapist to be a regular job. Third, society related to poetry therapy nationwide must communicate mutually and provide a place for exchange, and unite to expand academic depth and field of practice. 21st century is an age where 'everyone live together' and also an age of cooperation. Above all, when psychotherapy field of psychiatry, in other words, when humanities therapy, art therapy, and poetry therapy practice proper exchange with each other, not only the individual, but therapeutic work of the local society can be possible widely.
