도시계획시설의 공간적 범위 결정제도 개선방향 연구: 여객자동차터미널을 중심으로

Abstract

As old bus terminals located in the city are losing competitiveness and the development of other means of transportation, terminal businesses are proposing complex development as a solution to this problem. However, this study was conducted to present a direction for improvement as some legal and institutional standards were insufficient for the spatial range decision for the complex development of urban planning facilities. First, the need for preparing criteria for minor changes in the spatial range decision of urban planning facilities was put forward, and second, this research was examined the current statuses of spatial range decision of urban planning facilities capable of compound development of passenger car terminals in metropolitan area, classified them. Third, an expert survey was conducted to verify the adequacy of the results of the derivation and typesetting of requirements for the spatial range decision of urban planning facilities.
