초록
The purpose of this study is to analyse the relationship of the effects that are shown in industry for horse-riding tourism extending visitors's stay focusing korean's conditions and a view of tourism as an advanced study. This result will be used to the groundwork for a development about internal industry for Horse-riding. To achieve this, it set up the concept of 'horse-riding tourism extending visitors' stay' and then analyzed with present condition by documentary survey. After that, it estimated relationship between the effects their using Grounded Theory Method and drew their implications. In conclusion, it explains that the effects are divided 7 categories - awareing, motivating, knowledge transfer, managing project work, managing customer, communicating, managing stakeholder. It has correlation of each factors in the 7 categories by the 5 steps. These relevant factors will be understanded that make successful model of Horse-riding tourism and solve variety environmental conflicts though these result in the future.
