One of the key concepts, should be considered when we prepare future warfare, is how to conduct perfect operation without or with minimum casualties. Unmanned systems would be highly desirable concept in this future battlefield environment. This paper analyzed the priorities of mission areas for the UGVs which is one of unmanned systems. 15 mission areas were selected based on the result of US unmanned systems roadmap, and prioritized by units, types of operations, and battlefield functions. A survey was conducted for priority ordering.
