이 연구는 2019년부터 국군의무학교에서 진행된 VR 관련 사업 중 ‘22년 ‘야전치료소 치료실 운영’ 훈련시스템의 교육효과를 분석하여 향후 활용 가능한 학술적 근거 자료를 제시하기 위해 진행되었다. 연구 진행 간 다중기준 결정 분석기법(AHP)을 통해 각 기준과 대안 간의 상대적 가중치를 계산하여 최종 결정을 도출하였고, 분석 결과, 기존 훈련시스템과 비교하여 메타버스 기반의 훈련시스템을 단독 운용 했을때는 1.05배, 여기에 기존 훈련시스템을 병행하여 적용하는 방안은 2.34배 정도의 교육효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 기존 훈련시스템과 VR 기반의 교육훈련시스템을 병행하여 활용하였을 때 그 효과가 가장 높은 것으로 확인되어 향후 해당분야 훈련시스템 개발 시 두 가지 교육을 병행하는 하이브리드 형태를 우선 고려할 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.
Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze the educational effectiveness of the 'Field Treatment Center Treatment Room Operation' training system within the VR-related projects carried out at the Armed Forces Medical School since 2019. The aim was to provide scholarly evidence for future utilization. During the research, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), a multi-criteria decision analysis tool, was utilized to calculate the relative weights between criteria and alternatives, leading to the derivation of the final decision. The analysis results showed that when the metaverse-based training system was applied in conjunction with the existing training system, the combined approach demonstrated an educational effect approximately 2.34 times greater than that of the existing training system alone.
