Abstract

The Korean military is currently advancing its "Defense Innovation 4.0" initiative with the objective of developing a technologically advanced and scientifically driven force. This innovation focuses on integrating advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency and precision. By leveraging AI for real-time situational awareness and data analysis, the initiative aims to facilitate rapid decision-making. This technological advancement accelerates the sophistication of training systems to prepare for complex and unpredictable security environments, which is a critical task directly linked to national security. This paper employs the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to prioritize tasks for the enhancement of counter-terrorism training systems. Through this prioritization, the paper provides a systematic and objective framework for the allocation of training resources and improvement of training programs. The research findings are expected to offer foundational data for designing counter-terrorism training systems and contribute to the establishment of an effective counter-terrorism response framework.
