최근 국내에서 이용되는 최신 측량기법, 수치지도 및 준공도면 등을 활용하여 지상건축물에 대한 3차원 현황측량을 수행하여 공간정보를 취득하여 매핑을 제작하였다. 현재 많은 측량기법과 종래 도면들이 존재하지만 이들은 서로 다른 장단점을 보유하고 있다. 지상건축물 중 저층 주택은 TS측량 및 준공도면, 좁은 지역의 아파트 등은 준공도면도, 넓은 지역의 고층건물은 항공라이다측량 (Airborne LiDAR surveys) 및 준공도면이 효율적일 것으로 사료된다. 향후 지적측량에 실질적인 2.5차원 또는 3차원지적매핑을 위해서 객체별 공간정보정확도, 경계측정 기준 및 정확도 표준 및 작업효율성 등을 충분히 고려하여야 할 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
Nowadays there are many surveying methods and the existed drawings, but they have both merits and demerits. This study deals with the 3D cadastral reconnaissance surveying for building using the state-art-of surveying methods, digital map as-built drawings. As a result, it is expected that Total Station surveyed map and as-built drawing, is effective for low residential building, as-built drawing for building such as apartment and in small area, and Airborne LiDAR surveys and Total station surveys and as-build drawings for high building and in large area. In the future, object spatial information accuracy, boundary measurement standard, effectiveness, will be considered for substantial 2.5D and 3D cadastral surveying.
