3차원 지적 구축을 위한 수치정사사진과 건축도면을 이용한 건축물 등록 정확도 평가

3차원 지적의 구축의 등록객체 중에서 가장 중요한 부동산 객체인 건축물이 지상측량의 결과로만 건축물의 경계를 등록할 수밖에 없는 문제를 해결하고자 하여 지상측량에 의존하지 않고 2차원의 연속지적도에 건축물의 경계를 등록할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 건축물 건축도면에서 추출한 외벽 중심선과 수치정사사진에 수동으로 추출하여 생성한 외벽 중심선 등록방법을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 수치정사사진에서 생성한 외벽 중심선의 평면 위치차는 ±0.53m로 나타났고, 건축물 건축도면의 외벽 중심선을 이용하였을 때 평면의 위치오차가 ±0.34m로 가장 작게 나타났으며 건축물관리대장과 면적 비교에서도 약 10㎡의 근소한 차이를 보였다. 따라서 지적재조사사업에서 경제적으로나 시간적으로 많은 이득을 얻을 수 있는 건물 경계 등록 방법을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The most important Objects of registration in 3D-Cadastre are buildings and facilities, but we can not register the building boundary lines without ground surveying. This research presented two methods that do not depend on the ground surveying to register the building boundary lines on the 2D cadastral maps. We analyzed the accuracy of the extracted center-line of outer wall on the architectural drawing and the center-line on orthophoto manually. The analysis resulted to the RMSE in the extracting center-lines of building's outer wall from orthophoto were founded ±0.53m and RMSE in the extracting it from architectural drawing was about ±0.34m. Furthermore it's difference between the floor space in the registered building data was found 10㎡. In conclusion, we presented the new ways that can get a lot of the economic and time benefits at the cadastre reform when the building structures are registered.
