통합사례관리사의 학습전이는 사례관리역량에 영향을 미치는가? -잡크래프팅의 매개효과를 중심으로-

Study on the relationship between learning transfer and case management competency: focusing on the mediating effect of job crafting

초록

본 연구는 사회복지사의 학습전이와 사례관리역량의 관계와 두 변수 간의 관계에서 잡크래프팅의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석한다. 이를 위해, 지자체에서 사례관리를 전담하고 있는 사회복지사 113명으로부터 수집한 자료를 PLS기반 구조방정식모델(Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫번째, 학습전이 수준이 높으면 사례관리역량이 높아졌다. 두 번째, 잡크래프팅 수준이 높으면 사례관리역량이 높아졌다. 세 번째, 학습전이와 사례관리역량 사이에서 잡크래프팅은 통계적으로 유의한 정도의 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 사회복지교육에서의 학습전이와 잡크래프팅, 역량의 중요성과 연구의 의의와 한계에 대하여 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of social worker learning transfer and job crafting on case management capabilities. Data collected from 113 social workers who are in charge of case management in local governments were analyzed with PLS-based structural equation modeling (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling). First, if the level of learning transfer was high, there was a case management competency. Second, if the job crafting level was high, there was case management competency . Third, it was found that job crafting has a partial mediating effect between learning transfer and case management competency. We discuss the importance of learning transfer and job crafting, competencies in social work education, the implication and limitations of this research.
