사회복지전공 대학생의 인간과 사회복지사에 대한 주관적 인식에 관한 내용분석

본 연구는 사회복지학을 전공하는 대학생을 대상으로 인간과 사회복지사에 대한 개인적 시각을 탐색하고자 일 지역 일 대학의 사회복지학 전공 대학생 21명을 대상으로 면접을 통해 수집한 자료를 내용분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 4 개의 범주인 ‘인간다움’, ‘의미 있는 삶의 가치’, ‘사회복지사의 이미지’, ‘사회복지사의 능력’으로 분류되었으며, 각 범주 당 7-8개의 주제가 나타났다. 먼저 인간다움은 남을 배려하는 등 7개의 주제로 제시되었으며, 의미 있는 삶의 가치 또한 좋아하는 일을 하는 것과 꿈을 실천하는 것 등 7개 주제로 드러났다. 사회복지사의 이미지는 밝고 긍정적이며, 일에 열정적인 능력 있는 전문가를 포함하는 7개의 주제로 분류되었으며, 마지막으로 사회복지사의 능력은 판단력, 전문성, 적극성, 친화력 등 8개 주제로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 사회복지사가 지녀야 할 전문적 가치와 윤리교육을 위한 함의와 후속연구에 대한 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study investigated subjective views on the human and social workers among college students majoring Social Welfare. For the purpose of the study, the deep interviews were conducted and 21 students participated. The results of the study indicated that there were 4 categories such as humanity, meaning of life value, social workers' image, and social workers' competence. Each category has also showed 7 or 8 themes. Based on the study results, implications for social work education and recommendation for further study were provided.
