사회복지사대상 학습자참여형 사례관리교육프로그램 효과성 평가에 관한 연구

초록

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지사를 대상으로 하는 학습자참여형 사례관리교육프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 평가하는 것이다. 연구참여자는 사례관리를 수행하고 있는 사회복지사 114명이며 실험집단과 비교집단에 각각 57명이 할당되었다. 1단계 반응평가와 2단계 학습수준평가를 실시한 결과, 참여형 교육프로그램은 강의중심형 교육프로그램보다 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 프로그램 만족도, 프로그램 실시 후 사례관리 지식과 사례관리 실천기술 수준의 집단 간 차이는 통계적으로 유의미하였으며, 사례관리 실천기술의 변화량도 실험집단에서 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 사례관리교육프로그램의 개발과 평가에 관련한 후속과제를 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a participatory training program for case managers and to examine its effectiveness. The participants of this study were 114 contemporary case managers, who were assigned to either the program group (N=57) or the control group (N=57). The evaluation of the reaction and achievement of the case managers was carried out on the final day by a questionnaire and revealed that the participatory training program was more efficient than a training program focused on lectures. After the study, a difference between the two groups’ knowledge and skills of case management existed. Furthermore, there was greater improvement in the skills of case managers in the experimental group. Based on this result, a succession subject related to the development and evaluation of case management training was suggested.
