대학 사례관리교과과정 내용구성: 델파이 연구

초록

본 연구는 대학의 사회복지 교과과정 중 사례관리과정의 내용구성에 대한 합의를 도출하기 위한 목적으로 델파이 연구방법을 활용하였으며 그 조사결과를 보완하기 위해 선행연구와 사회복지학의 교과목 지침서 내용과 비교하였다. 연구대상은 사례관리에 대한 전문지식을 충분히 가지고 있는 전문가로 사회복지학과 교수 10명과 사회복지실천전문가 10명이며, 2009년 12월 말부터 2010년 4월에 걸쳐 이들에 대해 델파이 조사를 2차에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 조사도구는 사례관리론 교과목의 지위와 교과목 구성내용에 관한 중요도를 묻는 내용으로 문헌조사를 통해 총 75개의 항목으로 구성된 설문지를 개발하여 사용하였다. 조사결과, 사례관리 영역별 순위에서 개별적 사정과 진단이 사례관리교과과정 개발 시 가장 우선적으로 고려되어야할 부분으로 나타났고, 개별 항목별 순위에서는 클라이언트의 능력과 서비스 욕구 사정능력, 계획수립 시 클라이언트의 욕구와 가족참여에 대한 인식, 재사정에 기초하여 서비스와 욕구를 재정의 하는 능력, 협력적으로 기관을 동원하는 능력, 사례관리의 개념 등이 향후 교과목 개발에서 강조되어야 할 부분으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 현장실천가와 교수진 두 전문가의 의견을 모두 반영하여 사회복지영역에서 사례관리 교과목의 기초적 커리큘럼 관련 방안을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to suggest the direction of case management college curriculum development in social welfare using a two-stage delphi study. Ten professors of social welfare and ten social workers with a sufficient expertise about the case management were chosen for eliciting the experts' view of case management curriculum. The survey was conducted from late December 2009 to April 2010. The survey instrument used in this study was developed through a literature review and finally seventy five items which were inquired about the importance of curriculum content were included in the instrument. As a result, "the individual assessment and diagnosis“ was appeared as a top priority for case management curriculum development in categorical ranking, “the ability to assess client's function and service needs“, ”the recognition of the client's needs and family participation in establishing plan”, “the ability to re-idenify client's needs and service based on reassessment,” "the ability to mobilize agencies in collaborative efforts“ and " the knowledge of case nagement concept” were appeared as an area that should be highlighted in each item ranking. This study was meaningful that it provided the basic case management curriculum-related measures reflecting all the opinions of two experts like field practitioners and faculty of social work.
