土地調査事業과 地籍維持를 위한 諸 規程에 관한 硏究

Abstract

The study examined the feature and continuity of cadastral regulations by investigating the history of not only cadastral maintenance regulation but also land survey and land taxation regulation for land survey project. Korea empire established the regulations of land survey bureau and land survey to propel the land survey project, but Japanese empire completed the land survey project and found the cadastral system by compulsory union. Japanese empire enacted a number of cadastral laws and regulations not only for performing the land survey project but also for organizing cadastral information after completing project. The two type of regulations for performing project and organizing the project result were developed with interconnection, but parts of provision were impeding cadastral maintenance. The laws and regulations of cadastral system established in Japanese empire had effected the independent cadastral laws and some parts stands up to this day.
