This study aims to analyze the product liability risk management techniques for food manufactured by Hotel. The food product liability risk management techniques based on risk management theory are developed as the results of this study. Risk management techniques are divided into two techniques. One is the risk control technique and the other is the risk finance technique. The Risk control technique contains risk avoidance, risk separation & combination and loss control. The Risk finance technique contains risk retention and risk transfer. The most important technique among the product liability risk management techniques is loss control. Hence, the loss control methods should be used to deal with the food product liability risk in hotel. Finally, I hope that this paper will be help to hotel operators in managing the product liability risk of food manufactured by hotel.
Abstract
