This research takes aim at developing anger management program and examining its effectives in order touse it in practice. Furthermore, the it aims at prevention of child abuse and reoccurrence and creation ofhealthy family. The procedure of this study was based on examination of documents and previous studies. Developed program was implemented eight sessions from 14 October to 9 December 2011. One sessiontakes around two and a half hours. The total subjects of this study is 9. The subjects assigned toexperimental group applying for the program included five abusive parents who were intervened to childprotection agency in Seoul and judged to need counsel and education. The 4 subjects who were intervenedin Gyonggi-do child protection agency were included to control group. In order to examine the effect ofthis program, the pre-test, post-test, follow up-test were compared on experimental group and controlgroup. The result indicated that there were changes in experimental group with participant's parent efficacy,anger level, child-rearing stress. In addition, by assessment of group progress in terms of quality, individualchanges and effects were confirmed.
