MMPI, 삶의 질, 경제신체적 만족도, 일탈 및 취업수준을 통한 새터민 적응유연성 척도의 구인 타당화

본 연구에서는 김아(2006)가 개발한 새터민의 응유연성 척도에 한 구인 타당화를 검증하고자하다. 응유연성 척도의 구인 타당화 검증을 해 두 단계에 걸쳐 연구가 진행되었다. 첫째, 새 터민 252명을 상으로 응유연성 척도득과 MMPI간의 상계를 분석하다. 그 결과 MMPI의Hs, D, Hy, Pd, Pt, Sc, Si와는 부상을 Ma와는 정 상을 나타내었고 이를 통해 응유연성 척도의 구인 타당도를 높다. 둘째, 194명의 하나원 수료 남한생활 새터민을 상으로 Campbell(1981) 의 삶의 질 척도, 경제 신체 만족도를 실시하고, 그 결과 삶의 질 , 경제 신체 만족도와통계으로 유의한 정 상을 이루었다. 한 하나원 수료 후 남한생활의 응기으로서 일탈(일탈집단, 비일탈 집단) 취업 수(취업집단, 장기실업 집단)에 따른 응유연성의 집단간 차이 검 증을 해 MANOVA를 실시하다. 그 결과 일탈 취업수에 따른 응유연성 득에 통계으로 유의한 차이가 있었고 이를 통해 응수에 따른 집단간 차이가 검증되었다. 결론으로 응유연성 척도의 타당도는 비교 만족스러운 수이었고 남한에서 생활하고 있는 새터민을 한응유연성을 측정하는 도구로서 타당하다. 아울러 본 연구에서 개발한 척도의 활용방안, 연구 의의후속연구에 한 제안을 하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to verify a resilience scale for Saeteomin in South Korea. Phase two was to verify the validity of the resilience scale, consisting of two steps. First, to verify construct validity, data were collected from 252 Saeteomins in the Hanawon. For a construct validity, Pearson`s coefficient of correlation between the resilience scale score and MMPI score was performed. As a result, significant negative correlations with MMPI Hs(r = -.191, p ＜ .05), D(r = -.350, p ＜ .05), Hy(r = -.193, p ＜ .05), Pd(r = -.211, p ＜ .05), Pt(r = -.226, p ＜ .05), Sc(r = -.217, p ＜ .05), and Si(r = -.367, p ＜ .05), and a positive correlation with MMPI Ma(r = .169, p < .05) supported the validity of the instrument. Second, to verify construct validity, data were collected from 191 Saeteomins who have completed the course of the Hanawon. For a construct validity, Pearson`s coefficient of correlation between the resilience scale score and Campbell(1981)`s subjective well-being, economic and physical satisfaction was performed. The result showed significant positive correlations(r = .496, p < .05) with Campbell`s subjective well-being, economic satisfaction(r = .276, p < .05) and physical satisfaction(r = .205, p < .05). For a construct validity, data were divided into four groups according to deviant level(deviant behavior group, non-deviant behavior group) and employment level(employment group, long-term unemployment group) and MANOVA for group contrast was performed. There were also significant difference between the vulnerable group and the resilient group. So, the group difference in adjustment level was proved. In conclusion, this instrument demonstrates satisfactory validity. Therefore, it is an appropriate measurement of resilience for re-settlers in South Korea. Implications for future research are discussed.
