공격형 대상관계 내담자가 겪는 어려움과 상담 개입 방안에 대한 질적 연구

본 연구는 공격형 대상관계 내담자들이 겪는 어려움은 무엇이며, 이를 극복하기 위한 조력과정으로서 상담적 개입 방안은 무엇인지 알아보고자 공격형 대상관계로 고통 받고 있는 내담자 4명과 상담전문가 2명을 대상으로 반(半)구조화된 면접을 통하여 자료를 수집하고 질적 연구방법으로 분석하여 그 결과를 제시하였다. 연구 결과 최종적으로 4개의 주제와 13개의 하위 범주와 41개의 개념으로 정리되었다. 공격형 대상관계 내담자들은 부모의 다양한 공격으로 인하여 두려움과 공포, 자신에 대한 환멸 및 자책 등의 고통을 가지고 있었으며 이러한 양육방식은 자신에 대하여 부정적 인지, 부정적 감정, 역기능적 행동 등의 모습을 갖게 하였고, 과거의 삶이 현재 가족관계나 사회생활에서도 여전히 재연되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 공격형 대상관계 내담자들을 위한 효과적인 상담 개입 방안으로는 다음의 7가지가 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 그것은 자기이해 및 통찰, 감정의 정화, 사랑과 수용의 경험, 상담자에 대한 신뢰, 모델링, 희망의 고취 그리고 이타주의였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 공격형 대상관계 내담자 뿐 아니라 부정적인 대상관계로 인해 고통당하는 많은 내담자들에게 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 전망된다. 주요어 : 공격형 대상관계 내담자, 상담적 개입, 질적 연구
Abstract
This study shows what aggression object relations clients suffer from and how to intervene in a counseling way in order to overcome aggression. Therefore, I collected data from 4 clients who had been suffered from aggression object relations and 2 counseling professionals through half-structured interview and analyzed by qualitative method to obtain adequate result. As a result, I could regulate 4 themes, 13 sub-categories, and 41 concepts finally. Through this study, I understood that aggression object relations clients had been suffered from fear, fright, deep grief toward themselves, and self-reproach through parents' various aggressive behaviors. In result, they had accepted negative self-recognition, negative feeling, dysfunctional behaviors as their own naturally out of their parents' raising ways for a long time, so that their past lives had been still repeated in current family relations or social environment. In addition, I found 7 effective counseling intervention methods to help out aggression object relations clients: self-understanding and insight, emotional catharsis, affection and experience of acceptance, trust in counselor, modeling, inspiration for hope, and altruism. I expect this result would provide prominent help for those who are suffering from negative object relations as well as aggression object relations clients.
