내면아이 치료와 주요 인물들과의 관계 재구성 경험의 해석학적 연구: 실존주의적 관점에서의 논의

본 연구는 내면아이 치료 집단상담에 참가하여 과거 어린 시절의 상처를 극복한 참여자들이 어떻게 내적 관계와(자신과의 관계) 주변의 주요 인물들과의 관계를 재구성해 나가는지를 연구한 질적 연구이다. 연구의 주된 목적은 내면의 상처와 이를 극복하는 경험이 참여자들의 삶에 어떠한 의미로 인식되고 있는지를 알고자 함이었다. 정신역동적 심리치료와 실존주의 심리치료의 상반된 관점을 논쟁점으로 삼았으나 실존주의적 관점에서 연구결과의 해석을 시도 하였다. 모두 6명의 참여자들을 통해 연구 자료를 제공받았으며 반구조화 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 면담자료는 분석도구로서 van Manen의 해석학적 분석방법을 주요 분석 틀로, 그리고 Colaizzi의 분석방법을 보조 틀로, 두 방법을 통합 응용하여 사용하였다. 연구 과정에서의 권력적 해석의 오류를 최소화하기 위하여 교수급 전문 질적 연구자의 검증과정을 거쳤다. 분석과정을 통해 추출된 의미단위는 모두 117개이며 의미통합과정을 거쳐 11개의 하위 주제와 4개의 주요 주제로 재분류 되었다. 논의 부분에서는 Heidegger와 Gadamer의 해석학적 ‘4 영역의 체험된 세계’ 관점에서 해석을 시도하였으며 실존주의 심리치료에서의 의미를 논의했다.
Abstract
This research is a Hermeneutic phenomenological study finding how the participants who had got over their childhood trauma through the Inner-child therapy have reconstructed their relationship with important people and the relationship within their inner-world. The study analyzes what kind of meanings it gives to the participants' life and to elucidate how they perceive it, from the perspective of existential psychotherapy. 6 people agreed to participate in the study. The data was gathered through the half-structured interviews and analyzed by using van Manens' and Colaizzi's analysis guideline. 117 significant units were extracted and integrated into 11 sub themes and 4 main themes. Heidegger's and Gadamer's interpretive philosophical frame and the existential psychotherapeutic view were used to understand the participants' experience and the meanings of it.
