초등학교 고학년 학생의 모애착이 탄력성에 미치는 영향에 있어서 사회적 지지의 중재효과

본 연구는 초등학교 고학년 학생의 모애착이 탄력성에 미치는 영향에 있어서 사회적 지지의 중재효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 부산시 소재 3개 초등학교 5, 6학년 아동 520명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 모애착과 사회적 지지, 모애착과 탄력성, 사회적 지지와 탄력성간에 서로 유의미한 정적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 모애착과 탄력성 간의 관계는 사회적 지지에 의해 중재되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 아동이 사회적 지지에 대해 높게 지각할수록 모애착 수준이 높아짐에 따라 탄력성도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 모애착과 사회적 지지가 탄력성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 시사하며, 모애착의 안정적 기반 위에서 사회적 지지를 적극적으로 제공할 때에 탄력성이 최대한 촉진될 수 있음을 시사한다. 아울러 이러한 결과는 모애착 문제를 가진 아동을 상담 할 때에 사회적 지지라는 기제를 활용하여 그들을 도울 수 있는 점을 제시 한다고 볼 수 있다.

Abstract

This explored moderating effect of social support in the relationship between mother attachment and resilience among upper grade elementary school student. Subjects were 5th and 6th graders of three elementary school (n = 520) in Pusan, and data was analysed by multiple regression. The results are as follows: first, mother attachment was positively correlated to social support. Second, mother attachment was positively correlated to resilience. Third, social support was positively correlated to resilience. Forth, social support played the role of moderators on the relationship between mother attachment and resilience. This result showed that mother attachment and social support had important role as significant variables in resilience: it's necessary for provision of social support to facilitate resilience. And this result showed that it would be more effective in facilitating resilience to provide social support on the base of secure mother attachment. In addition, this result showed that we could help through social support, when we counsel the children with problem of mother attachment.
