본 연구는 교사가 초등학생의 학교적응행동을 평정하는 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 초등학교 교사들의 반응을 통하여 초등학생의 학교적응행동으로서 45개의 행동목록을 선정하였다. 본 검사의 하위요인을 확인하기 위하여 초등학교 교사 13명의 학급 학생 369명을 대상으로 요인분석을 하였다. 요인분석 결과, 친사회적 행동/사회적 관심, 수업/학업, 교우관계, 교사관계, 기타 요인을 하위요인으로 설정할 수 있었다. 타당도 분석은 175명의 학생자료를 대상으로 신현숙 외(2006)의 교사보고형 초등학생 학교적응행동평정척도를 이용하여 공인타당도를 구하였다. 신뢰도를 확인하기 위하여 185명의 학생자료로 검사-재검사를 하였으며, 369명의 학생자료를 이용하여 문항의 내적 합치도를 구하였다. 공인타당도 계수는 각 학년별로 .91-.95였다. 내적합치도는 전체 .98, 각 하위요인별로 .92-.97였으며, 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 전체적으로 .87, 각 하위요인별로 .75-.90이었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 초등학생 학교적응 행동평정척도는 비교적 타당하고, 신뢰로운 척도로 확인되었다
Abstract
This study was designed to develop a teacher's rating scale of elementary school student's school adjustment. 45 behavior lists were established as elementary school student's adjustment behaviors from the responses of elementary school teachers. To identify sub-factors of the scale, 13 teachers rated their 369 students' behaviors and the collected data were analyzed by using factor analysis. 5 sub-factors were identified as the result: prosocial behavior/social interest, class/academic, peer-relation, teacher-relation and the others. To identify the validity of the scale, the data from 175 students were analyzed through the concurrent validity between the scale and the teacher rating scale of school adjustment for elementary school students(Shin, et al., 2006). To examine the reliability of the scale, test-retest correlations were calculated by using the data from 185 students and internal consistency coefficients were calculated by using the data from 369 students. Followings were as the results. The concurrent validity coefficients were .91-.95 according to students' grades. The test-retest reliability coefficients were .75-.90 according to sub-factors and was .87 in a total scale. The internal consistency coefficients were .92-.97 according to sub-factors and was .98 in a total scale. These findings support that the teacher's rating scale of elementary school student's school adjustment is valid and reliable.
