단축형 직업적 자기효능감 척도의 타당화 연구

본 연구는 단축형 직업적 자기효능감 척도(A Short Version of the Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale)를 번안하고 타당화하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 직장인 243명을 대상으로 단축형 직업적 자기효능감 척도를 실시하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 경험적으로 검증하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과, Schyns 등(2002)이 제안한 단일요인구조가 적합한 것으로 나타났고, 확인적 요인분석 결과 모형의 적합도도 양호한 것으로 나타나 구성타당도가 확인되었다. 또한 직업적 자기효능감 척도와 일반적 자기효능감, 자기존중감, 직무만족, 직무몰입, 직무수행 간의 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타나 척도의 수렴타당도와 공인타당도도 확인되었다. 아울러 신뢰도 분석결과 직업적 자기효능감 척도의 내적 일치도도 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 후속 연구 방향은 논의에서 다루었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the reliability and validity of the Korean version of occupational self-efficacy scale(K-OCCSEFF). 243 employees participated in the study. The confirmatory factor analysis indicated that one-factor model proved good fit to the data. In order to test for construct and concurrent validity, correlations of occupational self-efficacy with self-esteem, general self-efficacy, job satisfaction, job commitment and job performance scales were computed. The results support the construct and concurrent validity of the K-OCCSEFF scales. Also its good internal consistency(Cronbach α=.94) was confirmed. The limitations and implications of the study were discussed.
