대학생의 진로발달 변인에 기초한 군집유형별 진로서비스 요구의 차이

초록

본 연구에서는 진로정체감, 진로결정수준, 진로준비행동 점수를 바탕으로 군집분석을 실시하여 군집유형을 확인하고, 각 집단별로 진로서비스 요구에 차이가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 대학생 304명을 대상으로 군집분석을 실시한 결과, 3개의 군집유형을 확인하였다. 각 군집의 진로정체감, 진로결정수준, 진로준비행동에 따른 특징을 고려하여 군집 1은 ‘확신-결정-행동형’, 군집 2는 ‘미확신-미결정-행동지향형’, 군집 3은 ‘미개발형’ 집단으로 명명하였다. 다변량 분석을 실시한 결과, 각 집단별로 진로서비스 요구에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학생 대상의 진로서비스 제공 시 대상의 특성을 파악하고 차별화된 개입이 필요함을 시사한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의 및 후속 연구를 위한 제안 등을 논의하였다.

Abstract

This study examined cluster types based on career identity, career decision level and career preparation behavior that would be predicting different needs of career services among college students. A total of 304 college students participated in this study. Three Clusters were derived using cluster analysis: Certain-Decision-behavior Type (Cluster 1), Uncertain-Indecision-Behavior-oriented Type (Cluster 2), Undeveloped Type (Cluster 3). Significant differences among clusters were found in needs of career services. These results imply that differential diagnosis should be taken into consideration and appropriate treatment should be provided accordingly in career services. Finally, the implications and limitations of these findings and recommendations for further study were discussed.
