정신화 측정도구의 신뢰도 메타분석

A Meta-Analysis on Reliability of Mentalization Scale

초록

본 연구는 최근 주목받고 있는 정신화 관련 연구에서 사용되고 있는 정신화 측정도구의 신뢰도를 종합적으로 알아보고자 했다. 이를 위해 2012년부터 2023년 7월까지 정신화 측정도구를 사용한 66편의 국내 학술지 연구물을 대상으로 메타분석을 실시했다. 신뢰도 메타분석과 신뢰도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하기 위해 연구물, 표본, 측정도구, 신뢰도의 4개 영역과 각 영역에 포함된 분석요소들을 활용했다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정신화 측정도구를 사용한 연구물의 특성으로 상담 및 심리치료 분야 연구가 가장 많았고, 변인 간 관계 연구와 성인 대상 연구가 큰 비중을 차지했다. 둘째, 신뢰도는 모두 Cronbach’s α값을 제시했고, 연구대상의 83.3%에서 총 56개의 전체 값을 제시했으나, 전체 혹은 하위요인의 신뢰도 중 하나를 누락하는 경우가 44%나 되었다. 셋째, 신뢰도의 변량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 표본 영역의 연구대상과 측정도구의 종류, 측정항목 수, 척도 유형, 하위요인의 수였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 정신화 측정도구에 대한 종합적 정보를 제공하고, 척도 활용을 위한 논의와 시사점을 제시했다.

Abstract

This study aimed to comprehensively analyze the reliability of mentalization scale used in mentalization-related research, which has recently received much attention. For this purpose, a meta-analysis was conducted on 66 domestic journal articles published from 2012 to July 2023. The findings were as follows: First, the largest number of studies was published in the field of counseling and psychotherapy. And studies on relationships between variables and studies targeting adults accounted for a large proportion. Second, as to reliability, all studies presented Cronbach’s α values with a total of 56 overall values in 83.3% of the study subjects, but 44% of them omitted one of the reliability of all or sub-factors. Third, the factors that significantly affect the variation in reliability include the study subject, the kind of the scale used, the number of subfactors, the number of scale items, and the type of the scale. Based on these results, comprehensive information on the mentalization scale, and implications for using mentalization scale were discussed.
