한국판 복합비탄척도의 타당화 연구

본 연구에서는 한국판 복합비탄척도의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만 18세 이상 성인기에 부모와 사별한 국내 성인 376명을 대상으로 온라인과 오프라인을 병행하여 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원 개발자의 척도 구성개념을 받아들여 단일요인으로 고정하여 1차 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 요인부하량이 .40이하인 4문항을 제거하였고 총 15문항에 대한 2차 탐색적 요인분석 결과 요인부하량의 크기의 범위는 .41에서 .71으로 척도의 구인타당도가 확인되었다. 둘째, 신뢰도를 확인하기 위해 각 문항의 상관을 확인하였고 문항 간 높은 상관을 보여주었으며 .83의 내적합치도를 보여 신뢰도가 확인되었다. 셋째, 공인타당도를 검증함으로써 척도의 외적 타당도를 확인하고자 하였다. 전체 척도는 지속적 비애척도와 간이정신진단검사와의 높은 상관을 보였으며 시간적 즐거움경험척도와는 유의미한 상관을 보이지 않았다. 이로써 본 척도의 수렴 및 변별타당도가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 한국판 복합비탄척도가 한국인의 성인기 부모사별자의 복합비탄정서를 측정하기에 타당한 도구임을 나타낸다. 마지막으로 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the validity and reliability of Korean version of the Inventory of Complicated Grief (K-ICG). For this study, an on-line & off-line survey was conducted with 376 Korean adults who have lost parents in adulthood. Results were as follows: First, according to the original concept of scale by developer, the exploratory factor analysis was carried out with a single factor. Four items had factor loadings less than .40 and were discarded. The 2nd exploratory factor analysis was executed to 15 items, and the magnitude of the factor loadings ranged from .41 to .71, confirming construct validity of the scale. Second, all items showed a high correlation with a value of Cronbach’s α .83, the reliability of the scale was confirmed. Third, the external validity was confirmed by verifying the concurrent validity. The K-ICG was highly correlated with both PG-13-K and BSI-18 (depression, anxiety), but no significant correlation with TEPS. Overall, the K-ICG is a valid measurement tool for complicated grief of Korean who have lost parents in adulthood. Finally, implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
