국내 학대피해 아동을 위한 중재를 위한 연구의 메타분석

본 연구는 학대피해 아동에 대한 중재 연구의 메타분석을 위해 시행되었다. 메타분석에 이용되었던 논문은 총 10편이었으며 사용된 통계프로그램은 Stata 10.0 이었다. 연구결과에서 대상연구는 모두 비동등성 대조군 사전사후 유사 실험 설계이었으며 중재유형은 현실요법이 3편, 치료놀이가 2편, 무용요법이 2편, 놀이치료 1편, 인지행동요법이 1편, 미술치료가 1편이었다. 실험대상자수는 실험군, 대조군 각각 6-10명이었다. 측정된 종속변수는 자아존중감, 대인관계, 내외통제성 등이 있었다. 학대피해아동에 대한 중재효과는 중간크기의 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다(ES=0.64, 95% CI 0.26~1.01). 종속변수별 효과크기를 확인한 결과에서 자아존중감(ES=1.42, 95% CI .87~1.97)과 대인관계(ES=.62, 95% CI .08~1.14)의 효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 지속적인 학대피해 아동을 위한 중재연구들이 이루어져야 할 것이며 다학제간 표준화 중재개발이 필요할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze effects of intervention for child abuse victims in Korea by meta-analysis. After review of 2,333 articles released from 1970 to 2012 from RISS, KISS, nanet. and then depending on the selection criteria, 12 articles were conducted to determine methodological data, using Stata 10.0. After systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted 10 articles. There were nonequivalence control group pre-posttest study design. Intervention types of these studies were 3 realistic therapy, 2 theraplay, 2 dance therapy, 1 play therapy, 1 cognitive-behavioral therapy, 1 art therapy. And effects size of overall intervention was 0.64 which was moderate level in terms of Cohen criteria. The intervention was effective in improving self-esteem and interaction skill. Based on the result of this study, following suggestions are proposed. Therapy for child abuse victims should be continue. And developing on critical pathway for child abuse victims are suggested.
