반응성 애착장애 유아의 상징놀이 능력, 놀이기초기능 어머니-아동 상호작용의 치료적 개입 후 변화에 관한 연구

본 연구는 사회성 연령(SA)을 통제한 후 반응성 애착장애 유아와 정상유아의 상징놀이 능력, 놀이기초기능(TPBA)과 어머니-아동 상호작용의 차이를 살펴보았으며 1년의 치료적 개입 후 각 영역들의 변화를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 치료 전 연구에서 반응성 애착장애 유아와 정상유아의 상징놀이 수행 능력을 비교해 본 결과 두 집단은 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았고 치료 후 연구에서는 두 집단 모두 상징놀이 검사 총점이 유의미하게 높아졌음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 반응성 애착장애 유아와 정상유아의 비구조화된 자유놀이 상황에서 보이는 놀이기초기능(TPBA)의 차이를 살펴보았는데 치료 전 연구 결과, 두 집단의 놀이기초기능(TPBA) 총점은 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 치료 후 연구 결과에서는 반응성 애착장애 유아의 총점은 유의미한 변화가 나타난 반면 정상 아동의 총점 평균은 유의미한 변화가 없었다. 셋째, 반응성 애착장애 유아와 정상유아의 어머니-아동 상호작용(P-CIPA) 특성을 비교한 결과 치료 전 연구에서 반응성 애착장애 유아와 정상유아의 어머니-아동 상호작용은 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 치료 후 연구에서 반응성 애착장애 유아는 어머니-아동 상호작용의 변화가 매우 뚜렷하게 나타난 반면 정상유아는 유의미한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구의 의의는 반응성 애착장애 유아들이 정상유아들과 같은 사회성 연령(SA)을 가질 때 상징놀이 능력이 부족하지 않음을 밝히고, 치료적 개입 후 놀이기초기능과 어머니-아동 상호작용능력이 향상된 것을 보여주었다.
Abstract
This research is about comparing symbolic play ability and other cognitive development domain, which is systematiced by social age, before and after the fact dividing the group to reactive attachment disorder and normal children seeing how mother-child interaction effects. The result of the study is as followed. First, we saw if there was a difference between the reactive attachment disorder and normal children, who was organized by social age and cognitive level, in symbolic play test after the examination. As a result, we find out that reactive attachment disorder children showed a lot of improvement at the symbolic play score after the examination then the normal children. Second, we saw if there was a difference in the field of TPBA at free play situation between reactive attachment disorder and normal children. As a result, the total score of TPBA show a important difference. At the low level of the test reactive attachment disorder children showed a lot of improvement when the normal children did not. After the examination they improved at joint attention and emotion exchange in concentration domain, object search and simplicity association connection in initial use of object domain, immediate imitation in imitation skill domain. Third, we saw the difference in parent-child interaction play assessment between the reactive attachment disorder and normal children. As a result, there was no change with normal children when active attachment disorder children showed a lot of improvement before the examination. Especially they showed a lot of improvement at parent emotion, violation, praise, attention and development sensitivity which is in parent-child interaction subcategory. This shows us the important of parents effecting the child.
