본 연구는 모 애착강화 프로그램을 통하여 반응성애착장애 아동의 발달 및 병리에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 수행하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 반응성애착장애로 진단된 4세 7개월된 남아이었다. 모 애착강화 프로그램의 내용은 어머니에 대한 정서적 지원과 긍정적인 어머니-아동 간의 상호작용기술로 구성되어 있으며, 주 1회 60분간 12회기에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모 애착강화 프로그램은 반응성애착장애 아동의 발달 및 병리에 긍정적인 효과를 나타내었다. 둘째, 어머니의 상호작용 기술에 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔다. 따라서 본 연구는 반응성애착장애 아동의 발달 및 병리를 개선하기 위한 프로그램 개발과 적용에 시사점을 줄 것이다.
Abstract
This study examined the effectiveness of a empowering mother's attachment program on developmental and pathological characteristics of children with reactive attachment disorder. The subject of this study was a boy with reactive attachment disorder aged 4. The empowering mother's attachment program consisted of emotional support for mother and mother-child interaction skills. The intervention implemented each session for 60minutes once a week over 12 sessions. The results of the study were as follows; First, the empowering mother's attachment program was effective on positive changes of RAD child's development. Second, the intervention was effective in decreasing pathological characteristics of RAD child. This study will give implications on application and development of program for children with
