간호대학생의 아동기 가정폭력경험, 아동기 학대피해경험 및 아동학대 심각성 인식에 관한 연구

본 연구는 간호대학생의 아동기 가정폭력경험, 아동 학대피해경험과 아동학대 심각성 인식을 확인하기 위한 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상은 간호학과 학생 520명이었으며 자가서술식 질문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 사용된 통계프로그램은 Spss 17.0이었다. 연구결과에서 간호대학생들이 지각하는 아동기 부모간 폭력 경험은 가벼운 폭력은 40%이상이 한 번 이상 경험했으며 아버지에 의한 폭력이 더 많았다. 심한 폭력은 약 5%의 학생이 경험했다. 아동기 학대 피해경험은 정서적 방임이 가장 많았으며 정서적 학대, 신체적 방임이 많았다. 간호대학생들이 인식하는 아동학대 심각성은 성적학대에 대한 심각성이 가장 높았으며 정서적 학대, 신체적 학대, 방임 순이었다. 부모간 폭력경험과 아동기 학대경험은 높은 상관관계가 있었으며 아동기 폭력경험과 아동학대 심각성 인식 중 신체적 학대와 방임에 대한 인식은 유의한 관계가 있었다. 신고의무자가 되어야 할 간호대학생들에게 아동기 가정폭력경험으로 인한 민감성 저하를 예방하기 위해 심도깊은 자기 성찰과 전문직 역할을 아동학대 예방 교육에 포함시켜야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine childhood experience of domestic violence and the perception about severity child abuse of nursing students in order to provide basis for specific child abuse educational program. This study was a descriptive study, the subjects were 520 nursing students. Self-reported questionnaire was used for data collection. The 40% of nursing students had experienced the domestic violence. especially the 5% of nursing students had experienced serious violence. Most nursing students had experienced emotional neglect, emotional abuse than physical abuse. They were perceived sex abuse more serious than physical abuse, neglect. And they had closed relationship with each variable. Based on the result of this study, following suggestions are proposed. Public PR for professional and publics are suggested. And developing on educational program for nurse and nursing students are suggested.
