본 연구는 간호대학생의 아동학대 인식, 인권감수성, 아동학대 신고태도의 정도를 파악하고 아동학대 신고태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 표본 수는 G·Power 3.1.9 프로그램을 이용하여 최종 167부를 분석하였다. 자료수집기간은 2024년 3월부터 2024년 4월까지로 간호대학생을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 본 회귀모형은 F=5.99(p=.003)로 적합하였고, 인권감수성과 아동학대 인식이 아동학대 신고태도에 영향을 미치며, 이들 변수는 5.7%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 미래의 아동학대 신고의무자인 간호대학생의 아동학대 신고태도 역량을 높일 수 있는 효과적인 간호교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있기를 기대한다.
Abstract
This study is a descriptive research study to determine the degree of child abuse perception, human rights sensitivity, and child abuse reporting attitude of nursing college students and to investigate the effect on child abuse reporting attitude. The final 167 copies of the number of samples in this study were analyzed using the G·Power 3.1.9 program. The data collection period was from March 2024 to April 2024, and a survey was conducted on nursing students. As a result of the study, this regression model was suitable as F=5.99(p=.003), and human rights sensitivity and perception of child abuse influenced the reporting attitude of child abuse, and these variables showed 5.7% explanatory power. It is expected that it can be used as basic data for the development of effective nursing education programs that can enhance the ability of nursing college students who are obligated to report child abuse in the future.
