초등학생 ADHD 자녀 양육에 관한 어머니 경험 연구

초록

본 연구는 ADHD 아동양육의 의미를 알아보고자 초등학생 ADHD 자녀를 둔 어머니를 연구참여자로 심층인터뷰를 실시하고 자료를 분석하는 질적연구방법을 실행하였다. 그 결과, ADHD 자녀를 양육하는 어머니들은 자녀의 ADHD 증상이 완화될 수 있도록 약물치료와 함께 다양한 방법을 찾아 시도하며, 학교활동과 학습지도, 교사와 자녀 친구들에게 신경을 쓰며, 이 모든 것이 학생으로서의 자녀가 자리매김을 할 수 있게 하는 방법의 하나였다. 이들 연구참여자들은 ‘다른 세계’에서 ‘보통의 세계’로 나아가기 위한 ‘창’과 ‘방패’를 들고 전진하는 투사와 같은 경험을 하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. ADHD 자녀양육에 대한 사회적 지원으로 학교를 중심으로 아동과 부모를 지지할 수 있는 체계마련이 절실히 필요하다.

Abstract

This study is to evaluate the significance of parenting children with ADHD elementary school students conducted in-depth interviews with the mothers of children with ADHD participants were running qualitative research methods to analyze the data. As a result, mothers raising their ADHD children were found and tried a variety of ways with medication so that the symptoms of ADHD in children can be mitigated, school activities and tutoring, writes the nerve to teachers and child friends, everything as a student this The child was one of the ways that allow and positions. These participants can see that the same experience with the ‘normal world’ into better go for ‘window’ and a projection advances holding a ‘shield’ in the ‘other world’. This system can support the provision of social support to children and parents around the school for the ADHD child care are desperately needed.
