어머니의 애착 및 긍정적 정서표현이 유아의 또래 유능성에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구는 어머니의 애착 및 긍정적 정서표현이 유아의 또래 유능성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 G시에 소재한 어린이집에 재원 중인 만 5세 유아 427명과 그 어머니로 어머니의 애착 및 긍정적 정서표현과 유아의 또래유능성을 알아보았다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 사용하여 Pearson 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 통해 영향력을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 어머니의 애착과 유아의 또래유능성은 전체적으로 정적상관이 있으며, 어머니의 애착은 유아의 또래유능성을 의미있게 예측하는 변인으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 어머니의 긍정적 정서표현과 유아의 또래유능성은 전체적으로 정적상관이 있으며, 어머니의 긍정적 정서표현은 유아의 또래유능성을 의미있게 예측하는 변인으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 코로나-19를 살아가는 만5세 유아 어머니의 애착 및 긍정적 정서표현이 유아의 또래유능성에 중요한 예측 변인임을 시사한다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether a small group play therapy program changes children's externalizing behavioral problems. The subjects of the study were three children who had difficulties interacting due to externalization behavioral problems who had applied to participate in the 'small group play therapy' of the M center located in G city. A small-group play therapy program was conducted twice a week for a total of 10 sessions for 5 weeks. To find out the change in externalization behavioral problems, the externalization scale was measured and compared pre, post, and follow-up. In order to changes in children's externalization behavioral problems, changes in children's externalization behavioral problems within the group were measured each time during the 10 sessions of the small group play therapy program. The results of this study are as follows. First, small-group play therapy decreased children's K-CBCL externalization scale scores. Second, small group play therapy reduced the number of externalization behavioral problems (screaming, pushing, throwing objects) in children. Third, small group play therapy changed children's problem behaviors into positive behaviors. This study suggests that a small group play therapy program is useful in demonstrating positive behavioral changes in children with externalizing behavioral problems. However, as a small number of case studies with 3 children, there is a limit to generalize the results.
