시대적 변화와 요구에 적합한 조직의 개념으로 학교를 유기체적인 관점에서 바라보는 개 념이 학습조직(learning organization)이다. 학습조직은 전통적인 조직으로는 새로운 환경변화 에 대처할 수 있는 학습 능력이 결여되어 있다는 인식에서 비롯되었다. 아울러 지식 정보화 사회가 가속화되면서 학교교육의 기본 철학 및 방법론에 일대 변혁을 가하는 교육 개혁안이 학습조직이 추구하는 아이디어와 맥을 같이하고 있다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 학교교육에 대한 패러다임 변화를 분석하여 기존의 학교교육 패러다임 에 대한 대안으로 학교교육의 이상형이라 불리는 학습조직이론을 고찰한다. 아울러 교단을 학습조직화 하는데 필요한 핵심 요인들을 관련 문헌을 통해 추출하고, 나아가 학습조직 관점 에서의 학교교육의 방향 모색과 학습조직화가 학교교육에 주는 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study is to inquire the direction for building on learning organization by an alternative plan of existing paradigm to the school settings. For 21st century, school organizations need to acquire new information, process it, make it a new knowledge creatively, shared it with all faculty within the school, further to apply it to their real job settings promptly. Accordingly learning organization is a system that creates new values, which is focused on changes. also it is holds a learning models in common in every dimension. The individual enterprise try to cope with a change in economic circumstance, but public organization doesn't. The researcher investigated definitions and characteristics of learning organization from varying scholars' point of view, and the concepts of the four core factors to build the learning organization: structure, technology, person, task. The findings noted that the initial object of change in education is not students, the classroom, or the system; it is the attitudes and conceptions of educators themselves. this remind that education is not a matter of things; it is a people situation Not just administrator, parents, community but also the groups of people that most influence on learning in school- the educators and learners.
