대학생 역량진단 도구의 개발과 타당화 연구 : D 여자대학교를 중심으로

초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학의 체계적 인재육성의 차원에서 D 여자대학교의 역량진단 도구를 개발하는 데에 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 구성요소 설정, 예비문항 개발, 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증, 구성요소와 문항 확정의 개발 단계를 거쳤다. 첫째, 구성요소의 설정에 있어서 선행연구의 고찰을 통해 D 여자대학생의 핵심역량을 진단하기 위한 잠정적 구성요소를 도출하였다. 둘째, 잠정적 구성요소에 기반하여 예비문항을 개발한 후, 셋째, 예비조사 단계에서 구인 타당도, 변별 타당도, 문항내적 일치도를 통한 신뢰도 검증의 과정을 거쳐 잠정적 구성요소 및 예비문항을 조정, 선별한 후, 넷째, 본조사를 실시하여 구성요소와 진단문항을 확정하였다. 연구 결과, 전인적 품성, 주도적 리더십, 예술적 감성, 통찰적 사고력, 사회적 공감력의 5개 역량군의 16개 하위역량에 대해 43개의 구성요소와 7점 Likert 척도의 총 176문항이 도출되었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument for measuring the core competency for D women’s university students. The study was performed in four phases: 1) Domains of the construct establishment; 2) Instrument items development; 3) Validity and reliability verification; and 4) Norm development. In phase 1, a construct model of the competency of D women’s university students was temporarily developed based on the literature review of previous studies. In phase 2, an initial set of 218 items were developed based on the result of the phase 1. In phase 3, the validity and the reliability of the instrument were established via the field test with 203 students and 194 items were selected based on the results. For verifying the validity and the reliability of the instrument, the factor analysis, and correlation analysis, and internal consistency coefficients were applied. After revising the construct and items based on the field test, the main test were conducted with 1,389 students. Through the validity and reliability verification such as field test, 176 items were finally selected. The differences between groups(the academic years and the departments) for developing norms were not significant statistically.
