요구분석 연구 동향: 2006~2016년 국내 학술지 게재 논문을 중심으로

본 연구는 요구분석에 대한 한국의 학술지 게재논문을 분석하여 요구분석의 연구 동향을 파악하는 것을 연구목적으로 설정하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 HRD와 평생교육 분야의 전문학술지로 판단되는 12개의 학술지에 최근 10년(2006~2016년 6월까지) 간 게재된 논문 118편을 분석에 활용하였다. 118편의 논문에 대하여 연구물 특성, 연구내용, 연구방법으로 구성된 분석요소에 의하여 빈도분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 요구분석 연구는 2006년부터 꾸준히 수행되고 있으며, 주로 HRD분야의 학술지에서 연구물이 축적되었다. 둘째, 연구내용 측면에서 요구의 관점은 결핍적 관점에서 접근하는 경우가 가장 많았고, 요구조사의 내용은 직무역량, 프로그램요구, 조직‧제도요구, 구직‧취업역량, 리더십, 경력개발, 연구방법 순으로 연구가 많았다. 셋째, 연구방법 측면에서는 양적 연구가 다수였고, 요구분석 대상자는 산업종사자를 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 분석방법은 t검증, Borich 요구도, LFF 모델을 통합적으로 사용한 연구가 가장 많았다. 이상의 분석결과를 기초로 논의 및 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the research trends of needs analysis. For the purpose, we collected 118 articles published in 12 korean journals which were related with HRD(Human Resource Development) and lifelong education. Based on literature reviews, we made a frameworks for analyzing the articles. According the frameworks contained characteristics of articles and research theme, research method, and so on, we performed frequency analysis. SPSS 21.0 and EXCEL 2010 version were used for analysis. The results wore in the followings: First, the number of articles about needs analysis has been increased from 2006. Many articles were in the area of HRD. Second, in the aspect of a perspectives for needs there were a great number of articles which were based on a deficient perspective for needs. And needs for job competency, T & D, organizations & institutions, recruiting, leadership, career development, and research methodology were the main theme of the articles. Third, in the aspect of methodology, quantitative researches were more than qualitative. And the main substitutes were workers at companies. And t-test, Borich’s needs and Locus for Focus(LFF) were used frequently for data analysis. Based on these results, suggestions and limitations of this research were discussed.
