초록

이 논문은 대학생들의 리더십 교육에서 윤리적 사고력 배양을 위한 수업 모형을 탐색한 것이다. 윤리적 리더십의 관점과 윤리적 사고력을 구성하는 요소들을 살펴보았고, 리더십 개발을 위한 학습이론과 교육방법을 탐색하였다. 마지막으로 윤리적 사고력 배양을 위한 성찰적인 수업 모형으로 서 사회-과학 추론 모형과 윤리 탐구 모형을 분석했다. 리더십 교육에서 윤리적 사고력을 배양하기 위해서는 윤리와 가치를 반영하 는 수업 특성과 리더십 개발을 위한 수업 특성을 모두 통합하는 것이 바람직 하다. 즉 어떤 윤리적인 틀이나 이론을 사용해서 실제 경험이나 조직에서 벌 어지고 있는 특정한 문제나 상황을 중심으로 그것들의 성격을 파악하고 인식 하는 것에 목표를 두어야 한다. 그리고 다양한 윤리적 준거와 자원들을 활용 해서 그 상황에서 이해당사자들에게 최선이 될 수 있는 의사결정과 해결 방 안을 모색해야 한다. 문제해결 탐구와 의사결정 과정에서는 다양한 자원을 토대로 협력학습, 토론학습, 팀 학습, 자기주도학습 등을 사용하는 것이 필 요하다. 마지막으로 사람을 가르치는 일 자체가 윤리적 성찰이 필요한 행위 라는 것을 강조하고 있다.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the characteristics of the instructional models for ethical literacy in college leadership program. In order to achieve it, several research questions were established. First, what is the relationship between the leadership and ethical literacy? Second, what are the theories and methods of leadership development? Third, what are the characteristics of typical instructional models for ethical literacy in college leadership program? The results of this study suggested that the value inquiry with the leadership development methods be utilized in college leadership program. So to perceive and identify the ethical issues around the real problems in organizations using the multiple ethical frameworks and to solve the problems rationally and to do ethical decision making should be the instructional objectives. And the various instructional methods such as collaboration learning, project method, discussion, team learning, mentoring and self-regulated learning are available to teach the ethical literacy in college leadership program.
