현대 기술융합 담론과 하이데거 철학수용의 문제

기술과 인문학의 융합에 대한 선결과제와 그것이 가져올 수 있는 위험과 한계에 대한 철학적 성찰이 요구된다. 현대의 기술융합 담론에서 야기되는 철학적 물음을 단초로 하여 하이데거 철학의 기술공학적 수용의 사례와 그 문제점들을 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 인간중심주의에 기반을 둔 테크노피아, 기술전체주의, 기술 환원주의, 테크노크라시, 테크노퓨처리즘(기술중심적 미래주의), 기술융합에 의한 트랜스휴머니즘의 위험과 문제점을 심각하게 인식해야 한다. 이글에서는 하이데거의 철학을 기술공학적으로 활용함에 있어서 기술공학 담론이지니고 있는 전제의 문제점과 전자를 일방적으로 해석하거나 왜곡하는 문제점은 없는지 살펴보고자 한다. 첫째, 인간중심주의의 문제, 둘째, 하이데거 사유의 부분적 적용의 문제, 셋째, 사이버네틱스의 문제, 넷째, 기술의 본질의 물음에 대한 망각이다. 이를 통해 기술과 하이데거 철학과의 융합 담론에서 ‘봉합선없는 융합’의 시도에 대해 이의를 제기하고자 한다.
Abstract
Started from philosophical questions derived from the contemporary discourse on technological convergence, this study explored cases of acceptance of Heidegger's philosophy in terms of technological engineering and problems embedded in them. Philosophical reflection on prerequisites for convergence between technology and humanities and the consequential risks and limits is required. In particular, it is necessary to seriously cognize the risks and problems of anthropocentric technopia, technology totalitarianism, technology reductionism, technocracy, techno-futurism, and tran-humanism derived from technology convergence. This study explored problems in the premise of the discourse on technological engineering in utilizing Heidegger's philosophy in terms of technological engineering and whether there is any problem of unilaterally interpreting or distorting the former. The problems explored are: first, the problem of anthropocentricism, second, the problem of partial application of Heidegger's thinking, third, the problem of cybernetics, and fourth, the oblivion of questions about the essence of technology. Through this, this study raised the problem of attempting ‘seamless convergence’ in the discourse on convergence of technology and Heidegger's philosophy.
