【Abstract】 A Study on Equal Pay in Relation to Retirement Allowance as a Result of the Transfer of Undertakings Chun, Yun-Ku This study is mainly concerned with the obligations of a transferee in relation to the retirement allowance of employees who transfer to the transferee's employment. The transferee of transferred employee's contract of employment is obliged to provide retirement payment for transferred employees in such ways that a transferor has done. As the result, there are two different retirement benefit schemes in a transferee's undertakings. This study deals with whether or not the concerned employees have the equal retirement allowance rights in respect of employment with the transferee.
