Abstract
After the problem concerning 'contingent work' has been raised as a keen issue, 'fixed-term employment' is the biggest issue among them. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current legal problems and the government bill of the fixed-term employment. This article show that the new legal regulations should be drafted to include the following intentions; 1. Clear that the indefinite duration of contracts is principle 2. Express clearly a reasonable conditions about a term fixing
