It has asserted that real estate mortgage system of Korea should be changed into the investment mortgage of Germany. However, at that time, Germany has executed the investment mortgage to induce the flow of industrial finance to the agricultural finance. The process and the background of making real estate mortgage system of Germany are different from those of Korea. Therefore, it is not necessary that modern mortgage (Verkehrshypothek), the real estate mortgage system of Germany, should be regarded as a role model to execute the investment mortgage in Korea.
Abstract
It has asserted that real estate mortgage system of Korea should be changed into the investment mortgage of Germany. The process and the background of making real estate mortgage system of Germany are different from those of Korea. Therefore, it is not necessary that modern mortgage (Verkehrshypothek), the real estate mortgage system of Germany, should be regarded as a role model to execute the investment mortgage in Korea.
