본 논문은 양산 단계 항공기 성능개량 진행 중 개조 현장에서 식별되는 전기계통 이슈를 해결하기 위해 애자일 사업관리 기법 적용방안을 제안하였다. 제안된 애자일 기법은 공식 형상심의 절차 진입 전까지 이슈분석 단계와 현장점검 단계에 적용하였다. 이 때일일 스크럼과 스프린트 리뷰를 통해 보완 설계를 거쳐 요구사항에 따른 배선 장착 및 검증까지 스프린트 기간을 정하여 사업을 진행하였다. 결과적으로 정의된 스프린트 기간 내에 일정지연 없이 스프린트 산출물인 항공기 배선장착이 정의된 요구사항을 충족 하는 것으로 검증되었다.
Abstract
This paper proposed an application of agile management method to resolve the electrical system issuesidentified during the mass production phase of aged aircraft performance improvement. The proposed method wasapplied from issue analysis to on-site verification and testing stage, before the formal configuration controlprocess. At this time, the project was carried out by setting a sprint period to complete the verification accordingto requirements through daily scrum and sprint review. As a result, It was verified that the wiring installation ofthe aircraft, which was the output of the sprint, met requirements within the defined sprint period.
