초록
Airworthiness certification is a fundamental requirement to ensure that an aircraft meets established safety standards and complies with technical regulations across multiple domains. As the domestic aviation industry advances, the localization of foreign components used in existing aircrafts is increasing. These localized components must undergo an airworthiness review prior to installation, during which applicable certification criteria are identified and potential impacts on compliance are evaluated. The scope of the conformity verification must be adapted based on the specific characteristics and intended function of each component. However, research on the development of tailored certification criteria and verification methods for localized parts remains limited. This study investigates the airworthiness certification criteria related to system safety and analyzes the associated review procedures. The findings aim to enhance the efficiency of airworthiness reviews in future part localization programs.
