연구 목적: 이 연구는 디지털 전환 시대에 따른 학교 현장의 교육 전략의 변화, 그에 상응하는 정부의 기존 교육 정책 및 상황을 살펴보고, 예술교육의 디지털 역량 개발에 대한 현황을 진단해 봄으로써 무용교육이 나아가야 할 방향성을 유추해 보고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 연구 방법: 문헌조사를 바탕으로 한 귀납 분석방법이다. 결과: 문화예술의 디지털화에 입각한 무용교육 현장에서의 디지털화 방향성은 첫째, 무용교육 콘텐츠의 디지털화는 학생들이 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 예술 작품, 강의, 자료, 및 프로젝트에 쉽게 접근할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 무용교육의 디지털화는 학생들 스스로의 관심사와 수준에 맞는 콘텐츠를 선택하고 학습 속도를 조절할 수 있다. 이는 다양한 디지털 플랫폼의 제공은 학생들 간의 상호작용의 효과를 나타낼 수 있으며 스스로 작품을 구성하고 결과물에 대한 공유를 통해 협력할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 셋째, 디지털화를 통해 구성한 작품은 세부적이고 효율적으로 평가하고, 학생들을 지원하고 협력해 줄 수 있는 피드백 제공이 빠르다. 넷째, 무용교육의 디지털화는 기존 아날로그 교육 자료보다 보관 및 관리에 효율적이며 교육적 개선이 보다 효율적이다. 결론: 현재 디지털 리터러시가 필수적으로 요구되는 만큼 무용교육 분야에서 디지털 전환 정책의 변화가 필요하며, 이는 교수학습역량을 키우기 위한 방안으로서 적극 활용되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study aims to improve dance education by examining changes in educational strategies in schools according to the era of digital transformation, the government's existing educational policies and situations corresponding to them, and diagnosing the current status of digital competency development in arts education. Methods: Inductive analysis method based on literature review. Result: First, the digitalization of dance education contents means that students can easily access artistic works, lectures, materials, and projects through online platforms. Second, digitalization of dance education allows students to select content that suits their interests and level and control the learning speed. This provides the effect of interaction between students and the opportunity to collaborate through constructing their own work and sharing the results. Third, works created through digitization are evaluated in detail and efficiently, and feedback is quickly provided to support and cooperate with students. Fourth, digitalization of dance education is more efficient in storage and management than existing analog educational materials, and makes educational improvement more efficient. Conclusion: As digital literacy is currently essential, a change in digital transformation policy is needed in the dance education field, and this should be actively utilized as a way to develop teaching and learning capabilities.
