AI리터러시의 매개적 역할을 중심으로 본 그릿과 유학추천의도 간의 관계 -무용전공 중국유학생을 대상으로

연구목적: 본 연구는 무용전공 중국유학생을 대상으로 그릿이 유학추천의도에 미치는영향을 분석하고, 이 관계에서 AI리터러시의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 통해무용전공 중국유학생의 한국 유학에 대한 긍정적 인식과 추천의도 형성을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 서울·경기 지역의 대학에 재학 중인 무용전공중국유학생 153명을 대상으로 2025년 10월 15일부터 31일까지 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구도구는 그릿, AI리터러시, 유학추천의도를 토대로 구성하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 다중회귀분석, 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 그릿의 하위요인인 열정과 끈기는 모두 유학추천의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, AI리터러시의 하위요인인 AI창조능력, AI사용능력, AI이해능력은 그릿과 유학추천의도의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하였다. 결론: 연구결과와 논의를 바탕으로, 그릿은 유학생의 학업 지속과 예술적 성취를 가능하게 하는내적 요인으로, AI리터러시는 학습 적응력과 표현 확장을 지원하는 외적 요인으로 기능함을 확인하였다. 두 요인의 결합은 유학생의 긍정적 유학 경험을 강화하고, 한국 무용교육에 대한 신뢰와 유학추천의도를 높이는 과정으로 이어진다. 본 연구는 무용전공 유학생의 학업 지속과 유학생 유치 전략을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study examined the effect of grit on study-abroad recommendation intention among Chinese students majoring in dance and verified the mediating role of AI literacy in this relationship. Methods: Participants were 153 Chinese dance majors enrolled in universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Data were collected via an online survey from October 15 to 31, 2025. Measures included grit, AI literacy, and study-abroad recommendation intention. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0, including exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediation analysis. Result: Passion and perseverance, the sub-factors of grit, had positive effects on study-abroad recommendation intention. AI literacy sub-factors—AI creativity, utilization ability, and comprehension ability—partially mediated the relationship between grit and recommendation intention. Conclusion: Grit serves as an internal factor supporting academic persistence and artistic achievement, while AI literacy functions as an external factor facilitating learning adaptation and expression; together, they enhance positive study-abroad experiences, strengthen trust in Korean dance education, and increase study-abroad recommendation intention.
