부트스트랩 DEA 기법을 이용한 지역신협의 경영 효율성 분석

본 연구는 광주·전남 지역신협을 대상으로 2006년부터 2011년까지 경영 효율성의 변화를 부트스트랩 DEA 기법으로 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 광주·전남 지역신협의 경우 2006년부터 2011년까지 6년 동안 각 효율성이 꾸준히 개선된 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 일반적 DEA와 부트스트랩 DEA 기법을 이용한 분석결과, 기술비효율성의 주원인은 순수기술효율성인 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 도시형과 농촌형으로 구분하여 부트스트랩 DEA 기법으로 분석한 결과, 도시형은 7.1%, 농촌형은 평균 9.2%의 기술비효율성이 나타났다. 한편, 규모의 수익효과 측면에서는 일반적 DEA 분석결과, 도시형이 평균 IRS 19개, CRS 17개, DRS 10개로, 농촌형은 평균 IRS 9개, CRS 11개, DRS 4개로 다양하게 나타났다. 그러나, 부트스트랩 DEA 기법으로 분석해 보니 모두 IRS 상태로 확인되었다. 마지막으로, 효율성 분포 분석결과, 일반적 DEA 분석의 경우 효율성 값이 1인 효율적인 신협의 수는 기술효율성, 순수기술효율성, 규모효율성이 2008년에는 각각 19개, 28개, 22개였으나, 2011년에는 각각 17개, 22개, 23개로 분석되었다. 한편, 부트스트랩 DEA 기법으로 분석 결과, 효율성 값이 1인 효율적인 신협의 수는 2008년, 2011년 모두 단 한 곳도 없는 것으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze of changes in managerial efficiency of Credit Unions (CUs) located in Gwangju Jeonnam Region from 2006 to 2011. Main results are as follows. First, each efficiency was analyzed to improve consistently during six years respectively as for the CUs located in Gwangju Jeonnam Region. Second, the results of general DEA and bootstrap DEA analysis showed that the main cause of technical inefficiency was pure technical efficiency. Third, the results of bootstrap DEA analysis between urban and rural CUs showed that urban types had 7.1% and rural types had 9.2% in technical inefficiency. As for profit effect of scale, the results of the general DEA analysis, the urban types were 19 IRS, 17 CRS, and 10 DRS and the rural types were 9 IRS, 11 CRS, and 4 DRS (average) respectively, but the results of bootstrap DEA analysis showed that all were IRS. Lastly, the results of analyzing efficiency distribution showed that, as for general DEA analysis, the number of efficient CUs with the efficiency value of 1 was 19, 28, and 22 in technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, and scale efficiency in 2008 but was 17, 22, and 23 in 2011 respectively. Otherwise, there is none of CUs with the efficiency value of 1 in 2008 and 2011 as for bootstrap DEA analysis.
