비방사적 SBM모형과 Window Analysis를 통한 지역별 신용협동조합의 효율성 변화 연구

본 연구는 2005년부터 2012년까지 신용협동조합에 대해 지역별로 비방사적 DEA SBM-CCR 모형과 DEA Window 기법을 통해 효율성 변화를 분석 하였다. 비방사적 DEA-SBM 모형 분석결과 지역별 SBM 평균 CCR효율성은 2011년 이후부터 하락하는 추세를 보이고 있으며, 분석기간 동안 평균 효율성은 대구지역이 0.9710으로 가장 높게 나타났고, 서울지역이 0.5977로 가장 낮게 나타났다. DEA Window 분석 결과 제주지역이 평균적으로 가장 안정적인 것으로 나타났고, 분석기간 동안 충남지역의 효율성 변화폭이 가장 작았으며, 전북지역이 연도별로 효율성이 가장 안정적임을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 SBM-CCR 평균 효율성과 DEA Window 기법에 의한 CCR 평균 효율성에 차이가 있는지 윌콕슨의 부호순위검정을 실시하였다. 그 결과 SBM 효율성과 Window효율성간에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 효율적 지역이 되기 위한 지역별 최적 투입 및 최적 산출 요소를 분석한 결과 특히 조합수와 대출금요소를 증대해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 효율성 증대를 위한 정책적 시사점으로 적정한 조합수를 유지하여 불필요한 고정자산의 감소, 골드-클린뱅크 선정, 대출 증대위한 전략 강구, 영업 마케팅 활성화 등을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the static and dynamic efficiency change of the credit union using non-radial SBM model and DEA-Window model with a window width of 5 years. To measure the efficiency, We used the data for eight years from 2005 to 2012, targeting for the 16 regional credit union. The empirical results show the following findings. First, SBM-CCR efficiency has decreased steadily from 2010 to 2012. and the most effective region was daegu. Second, The DEA Window analysis by Standard Deviation, LDY, LDP shows that the most stable regional credit union by Standard Deviation is Jeju, the most unstable regional credit union by Standard Deviation is Pusan. and the most stable regional credit union by LDY is Chungnam, the most unstable regional credit union by LDY is Jeonam and the most stable regional credit union by LDP is Jeonbuk,, the most unstable regional credit union by LDP is Gwangju. Third, Wilcoxon's signed-ranks test shows that there is a difference between non-radial SBM model and DEA-Window model. Even though this study is not satisfactory and insufficient, the results of this study will be helpful to further studies in this field.
