Abstract
In Europe of the 18th century appeared the new paradigm led by France, Greate Britain,Austria and Prussia. Electoral Palace Brandenburg built the Kingdom of Prussia and becameFriedrich I in 1701. After his death, King Frederick William I and King Frederick II (Frederick theGreat) made the Prussian Kingdom more powerful in Europe. In addition, music at the court inBerlin was changed and flourished in a variety of ways according to the contemporary kings'political perspectives, state economy, and their psychological influences. It was King Frederick IIwho mostly contributed to the advancement of music, making the "Golden Age" for music at thattime. Thus, Prussia became the most powerful kingdom and its culture were developed underFrederick's reign. Likewise, the musical patronage in Berlin of Prussia shows well that musicalgrowth or development requires stability in national political condition and powerful economicsituation with a good international relationship.
