It could give the body the pleasure of activation in the morning, since it can collaborate the sense of mind and body connection, before the use of major movement in the body. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop the Infinity Somatic Exercise System(ISES) for a dancer, based on BFSM and LMA for self treatment. The project was conducted in a case study format in a qualitative research method based on the descriptive. Research techniques were the review of literature, interviews, and observations. The study acknowledged six elements that facilitate to construct a successful Infinity Somatic Exercise System, these elements are; reawaken of Somatics, enjoy with ownership of own movement, passive approaching, crosswise progress connectivity, chain of infinity connection, and Infinity Somatic Exercise System performed, and approach of the tools for treatment. Through this research project, the result showed that the Infinity Somatic Exercise System can be beneficial for a dancer’s body discomfort in the morning. Upon awakening, there were less problems, pain was noticeably reduced, and positive feelings in dance and daily preparation were evident. The researcher desires this study to be beneficial for the self treatment and prevention of injury. With further research, the Infinity Somatic Exercise System will enhance DanceSport competitors, and other dancers movement as well as non-dancers in the future. Care should be taken when using this study to generalize to the diverse population.
