노인친화적 주거시설 확충을 위한 서울시 영구임대아파트단지 리모델링 방안

Abstract

The first generation of permanently leased apartments was constructed in the late 1980s to stabilize the housing for low-income families as part of a new social welfare policy. Such permanently leased apartments started to be inhabited around 1991, and during the interim of 17 years, the apartments received mid-term and long-term maintenance work. As most permanently leased apartments are over 17 years old, they are eligible for remodeling and it is getting more and more urgent to perform comprehensive repair and maintenance on them. Therefore, it is expected that the problems of the aged according to the increase in the number of elderly people would be seriously worsen and, the surveyed data in this study shows that households with people who were over 65 years old exceeded 30% among the permanently leased apartment complex households. Moreover, the ratio of 55-year-old residents is also high, making it necessary to review and support the aged in terms of permanent housing complexes by region. The purpose of the study is to expand the aged-friendly residential facility by remodeling permanently leased apartment where many elderly households with low income live. As a study result, we classified and proposed an environment plan for such complexes, a proposal for common facilities, a proposal for the residential facilities and a proposal for welfare facility in the aged-friendly apartment remodeling plan.
